These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Maid Scope LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Services Provided

Maid Scope LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
   •    Routine cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
   •    Deep cleaning
   •    Move-in / move-out cleaning
   •    Post-construction cleaning
   •    Office and daycare cleaning
   •    Short-term rental turnover services
   •    Carpet cleaning and specialty services


2. Scheduling & Access
   •    Clients agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
   •    Delays due to lack of access may result in cancellation or additional fees
   •    Maid Scope reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions


3. Pricing & Payments
   •    Standard rate: $69.99 per hour, per cleaner (2-hour minimum)
   •    Two-cleaner team rate: $50.00 per cleaner, per hour (minimum 2 hours = $200 minimum)
   •    Minimum service fee: $150 per visit (if applicable)
   •    Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed
   •    For larger or specialty services, a deposit may be required

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
   •    Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
   •    Emergency or same-day services may include an additional charge


5. Service Guarantee
   •    Clients have up to 3 days after service to report any concerns
   •    We will return to address reasonable issues within that timeframe
   •    Requests made after 3 days may be considered a new service


6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
   •    Providing a safe working environment
   •    Securing pets or notifying us in advance
   •    Removing excessive clutter when possible


7. Limitation of Liability

Maid Scope LLC is not responsible for:
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Normal wear and tear
   •    Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable


8. Text Messaging & Communications (SMS Consent)

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Maid Scope LLC, including:
   •    Appointment reminders
   •    Service updates
   •    Billing notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.


9. Changes to Services or Terms

Maid Scope LLC reserves the right to update services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
